Shipping & Returns

Shipping Rates

We ship all domestic orders via US Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 day average).
All shipping is priced by weight and caculated based on destination zip code from Hollywood, CA.
If your total order weight is:
1 pound or less - anywhere in the US: $5.95
1 pound 1 ounce or more rates start at $5.95 and go up.

Overnight Express Mail service is avaliable at rates starting at $18.00 and up.

We ship all international orders via US Postal Service Priority International Mail (6-10 day average).
All shipping is priced by weight and caculated based on destination zip code from Hollywood, CA, USA.

Rates start at $16 for 1 pound and go up from there.

We usually process orders within 72 hours, but sometimes it takes longer.
Unfortunately we can not guarantee that your order will arrive in 2-3 days as stated by USPS Priority Mail Service. If it is critical that your order arrive by a certain date, we suggest selecting USPS Express Mail (overnight). This is a service that is guaranteed by the Postal Service per their terms.

Sales Tax

In addition to the price of your purchases, Evomo will charge you sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order is invoiced will apply. Currently only orders billed to addresses in California are charged sales tax.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product from Evomo, please call 1-888-346-4421 for a Return Authorization (RA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product.

In the case you ordered an item that you wish to exchange for another; ie: a shirt that ends up being too small or too large, we can send you a better size. ALL shipping expenses in this case are paid for by the customer and are NON-REFUNDABLE. We will issue a payment request for actual shipping costs. New items will not ship until we have the returned items in hand and they have been inspected.

In the case that we send you the wrong item or its damaged, we will refund the cost for you to send back the incorrect or damaged item(s). New/replacement items will not ship until we have the returned items in hand and they have been inspected.

Merchandise returned after 14 calendar days will be assesed a 5% restocking fee.

Before you return the item(s), contact customercare@evomo.com or 1-888-346-4421 for a return authorization code and instructions on returning your item(s).

IMPORTANT RULES:
+ We do not accept returned items with out return authorization codes.

+ We do not accept returned items with out return address clearly marked on the front of the package.

+ All refunds are credited back to the original payment form.

+ All items returned must be in the condition that you received them including tags and protective bags.

+ All items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition.

+ All returns must me made with in 14 calendar days of placing your order.

+ Refunds are issued back to the original form pf payment

NOTE ON RETURNING MERCHANDISE:

Evomo recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Evomo or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Other Policies

We do not ship items from one order to multiple addresses.
We can ship orders outside of the United States. You need to select USPS International during checkout. This service does not have a guaranteed delivery time.
